Welcome to The International Traditional Archery Festival «The Arrow of Ancient Kiev», which will be held at October 6th -7th 2012 in «The Kievan Rus Park» (Kiev region, Ukraine).

Festival program:

Archery tournament with FITA rules (distance 30 meters, 60 arrows, etc.);

Archery tournament in the Medieval Archery format (8 different nominations, including shooting for the time, shooting at the pendulum, shooting with obstacles, shooting from the distance 100 and 140 yd etc.);

Archery team competitions (teams of three people, different nominations, including shooting from riding cart);

Horse archery tournament (horses are provided by the organizer);

Unusual shooting competitions (large distance shooting at pumpkin, shooting with two arrows);

fair;

games;

Participants are provided with free firewood, hay, fresh water.

Free transfer will be organized for participants from Kiev according to schedule.

It can be organized partial payment of the costs of road for group of participants from other countries.

Pour ceux qui ne comprennent pas l'anglois :

Bienvenu au festival traditionnel de tir à l'arc "La flèche de l'ancien Kiev" qui aura lieu les 6 et 7 octobre 2012 au parc Kievan Rus (Ukraine, région de Kiev)

Programme du festival :

Tournois de tir à l'arc avec les règlements FITA (distance de 30 mètres, 60 flèches, etc.) ;

Tournois de tir à l'arc à la manière médiévale (8 différents prix, dont tir de rapidité, tir au pendule, tir avec obstacles, tirs à 100 et 140 yards, etc.) ;

Compétition de tir à l'arc par équipe (équipes de 3 personnes, plusieurs prix dont le tir depuis un char tracté par des chevaux) ;

Tournois de tir à l'arc monté (chevaux fournis par l'organisateur) ;

Compétitions de tir attypique (tir à longue distance sur citrouille, tir avec deux flèches) ;

jeu ;

On fourni aux paritcipants des feux ouverts, du foin, de l'eau fraîche.

Un transport gratuit sera organisé pour les participants venant de Kiev selon l'agenda.

Un paiement partiel pour les coût de voyage est possible pour les participants étrangers.
